Meet Jesse Sampson

Jesse has been married to his incredible wife for over twenty years, and together, they are blessed with nine wonderful children. With a diverse professional background, Jesse has thrived in both corporate America and the entrepreneurial world. He and his wife successfully owned and operated an Auto Glass business for eighteen years.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Jesse has served as a pastor for nearly nine years, providing pastoral leadership and support to his community. Now, he is making an impactful transition into coaching, focusing on helping leaders excel both at home and in the workplace.

Breaking old patterns and habits is challenging, because people are rarely able to venture beyond what they can comprehend. That’s why Jesse takes a transformative approach to coaching, emphasizing personal growth from the inside out. Each client begins their journey with an EQ-I 2.0 assessment, which identifies their overall emotional health. Through practical strategies and measured accountability, Jesse helps high-capacity leaders achieve their desired outcomes and, more importantly, develop a strategy for lasting internal change.

Having coached both business and faith leaders, Jesse brings a wealth of experience and insight to his coaching practice. He is also the host of the “Integrated Leadership” podcast and the author of the leadership guide, “Strengthening Leaders from the Inside-Out.”

His mission extends to strengthening marriages and families, empowering them to thrive, while also shaping individuals into transformative leaders in the workplace.
